  • current position of deal i.e. under option, subject to planning etc.

• Financial development appraisal with full breakdown of costs
• Detailed cash flow projection and analysis
• Sales market research including agents reports and recent examples of similar property developments
• Your Marketing Plan and Strategy
• Details of all partners i.e. solicitors, accountants, architects, builders etc.
• CV's detailing your property development experience to date
• Latest Certified Accounts
• Latest Management Accounts (One page financial Summary)
