Commercial Mortgages

  • An investor identified a local warehouse that was generating a significant income as it had been split into several units. The clients commercial mortgage expectations and loan to value could not be met by the lenders the client had already approached. We achieved an 80% loan to value against the £850k purchase price.
  • An accountant required a small extension to the mortgage already taken out against the pratice offices to fund expansion. The current lender could not accommodate a higher loan to value and we were approached. We arranged a remortgage at the higher £500k amount at exactly the same costs as the current lender.

Buy-To-Let Mortgages

  • A customer who owned a HMO in financial difficulties approached us to refinance their mortgage. We successfully obtained a £200k buy-to-let mortgage and a satisfied customer.
  • A customer approached us for refurbishment finance for a semi commercial property consisting of a ground floor takeaway restaurant with flat above. We arranged a remortgage of £120k against a £180k valuation allowing the customer access to all the cash required for the refurbishment upfront.
