Residential Property - The Key Build Steps from Start to Finish
The key stages of a build depend on whether or not you are building a traditional (brick and block house), a timber frame construction or if you are renovating or converting an existing property.
Smaller developments can draw down finance against proof of expenditure i.e. invoices and receipts, typically monthly. For larger developments monthly loans are drawn down after a site visit by a Quantity Surveyor.
The following gives an indication of the six typical stages for each & therefore when further finance can be drawn down.

- Second fix to completion.
